Senior Lecturer @ Higher Colleges of TechnologyTransforming cultures & performance through psychology | 2M+ lives impacted | Co-founder GPTW Europe
Over the past 25 years, I've dedicated my career to unlocking human potential at scale. What started as curiosity about organizational behavior has evolved into a mission to transform how millions of people experience work. As co-founder of Great Place to Work Europe and Grooooow, I've had the privilege of architecting culture transformations for industry leaders like Inditex and Dior. These experiences taught me that sustainable change happens when you marry rigorous psychology with authentic human connection—a philosophy that has guided every initiative since. My path has been deliberately diverse. I've served as Chief People Officer for high-growth organizations, practiced as a business psychologist helping leaders navigate complex challenges, and shaped the next generation of talent as an educator at prestigious institutions including Tec de Monterrey and the London School of Economics. Each role has deepened my understanding of what makes organizations—and the people within them—truly thrive. What sets my approach apart is the integration of neuroscience, business psychology, and systems thinking. I don't just design programs; I engineer cultural ecosystems that create psychological safety, build trust, and unleash performance. The result? Measurable transformation that has positively impacted over two million professionals worldwide. My work operates at the intersection of human potential and business excellence. Whether I'm developing talent strategies that align with ambitious growth targets or facilitating leadership teams through complex organizational change, I bring both analytical rigor and deep empathy to every engagement. Currently based in the UAE, I'm at an inflection point in my career. While entrepreneurship and education remain central to my identity, I'm selectively exploring opportunities to drive transformation at regional or global scale. I'm drawn to organizations that view their people strategy as a competitive advantage and their culture as their greatest asset. I believe the future of work isn't just about productivity—it's about creating environments where human beings can do their best work while living fulfilling lives. If you're building something meaningful and want a partner who can bridge the gap between visionary leadership and practical execution, I'd welcome the conversation. The question isn't whether transformation is possible—it's whether you're ready to commit to the journey
