Currently working for one of the leading FMCG companies in the world, Kavickumar is a seasoned sustainability, ESG and energy management professional with over 10 years’ supply chain experience across Europe, APAC and Africa, having worked in the agricommodity and renewable energy sectors. His specialities include policy implementation, nature-based climate solutions, life cycle analysis, ESG risk, sustainability innovation and digital strategy, renewable energy, circular economy, ESG finance, impact investing, supply chain ESG due diligence, green buildings, sustainability reporting, greenhouse gas inventory and waste management. He was a nominee for The Straits Times Singaporean of the Year in 2015 and a GreenBiz & World Business Council for Sustainable Development “30 Under 30" emerging global leader enlistee in 2016. He was awarded the “Sustainability & CSR Champion” by the Logistics and Supply Chain Management Society in 2020. He is also an AVPN Africa-Asia Impact Investing Fellow. Kavickumar holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, a Master’s of Science in Environmental Management and a Master of Technology in Digital Leadership from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from the Manchester Business School.
